DR. HOPE BLECHER has been a working professional in the field of education for 39 years. She holds an earned Ed.D., an MA and a BA, in addition to three NJDOE issued standard teaching certifications and two administrative certifications. Recently, she was asked to be the first Senior Advisor for ReadM, an educational app. Other firsts include serving as the English Language Learner Specialist at SUNY Sullivan County Community College and being a Literacy Coach for a school district in Central New Jersey. She serves as an English as a Second Language, ESL, service provider for an adult education program in NJ. Previously, Hope served as the first Middle School Curriculum Coordinator for an independent school, and as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and the Supervisor of English Language Arts Literacy, Social Studies and Library/Media Services. Dr. Isabel Alonso has 15 years of experience working with a diverse population of adult learners ages 16- 60+. Currently, she works as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher at a public school in NJ and as a digital literacy instructor for ESL/HSE programs at the Adult Education department at Bergen County Technical Schools (BCTS). She designed curriculum for various digital literacy and ESL courses. Isabel also taught several ESL and computer courses at Bergen Community College in Hackensack, NJ.
Dr. Alonso holds a BA, an MA and an Ed.D. in Educational Technology. Dr. Alonso is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is bilingual, English/Spanish.

Ms. Sharon Russell-Fowler retired from the classroom after serving children for over 37 years. Sharon is the recipient of well-deserved accolades in addition to being the co-author of educational books and articles. She worked as a Teacher of English as a Second Language (K-college) and as an Elementary School Teacher. She holds a BA and an MA. Sharon continues in the footsteps of her father by being a role model and shares the joy of her daughter's accomplishments with her mother, her husband, family and friends. Currently, Sharon serves on the board of a public library and is a tireless volunteer for community organizations.
Ms. Maryellen Moffitt works with our state's Gifted and Talented students. She was honored as one of Union County's Women of Excellence because of her dedication to education. Maryellen serves as an active member of the NJ Association for Gifted Children. In addition to this work, Maryellen is committed to putting her best foot forward as a coordinator of numerous district and state-wide educational events.
